This bundle pairs a Bruder moist heat compress with your selected PRN omega-3 format. The compress is an external warmth step; the supplement is taken by mouth. Choose DE3 softgels or the separately labelled PRN liquid carefully: the Canadian liquid is not the same formula or licensed dry-eye product as DE3.

In what order should I use the products?

There is no required order between the supplement and compress. Take only your chosen PRN format according to its label. For a heat session, remove contact lenses and makeup, heat and touch-test the Bruder compress, then apply it over closed eyes. If you also clean your lids, do that after the compress.

How do I heat and use the Bruder compress?

Place it on a clean microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 seconds. Add 5-second increments only if needed, never exceeding 30 seconds total. Touch-test it and let it cool if too hot. Apply over closed eyes for 8–10 minutes, or as directed by your eye care professional.

How long do the PRN DE3 softgel options last?

At the Canadian adult dose of three softgels daily, the 90-, 180- and 270-softgel options provide 30, 60 and 90 days, respectively. This calculation applies to DE3 softgels, not the liquid option.

Does the PRN liquid need refrigeration after opening?

Yes. Keep the opened PRN liquid refrigerated, tightly closed and protected from light. Follow that liquid’s own dose and label; do not use the DE3 softgel dose or assume the two formats have identical indications.
