How to Use
Starting from desired point of eye, use controlled, small sweeps to draw a precise line along lash line. For a sleek thin line, use pointed felt tip. For a more intense and the unmistakable cateye, draw an outline with the pointed tip and fill in with the flat side of pen.

"I have dry and a sensitive eyelid due to rosacea and when I wear this on occasion it is the best out there! I disagree with the negative review earlier. It did not leak in my eye nor smudge or fade. Cones off easily with removal . 5 star A+ worth every penny and a natural product too !"
