Biotrue® Dry Eye Relief Multi-Dose Preservative-Free contains 2.4mg/ml (0.24%) of the clinically proven natural moisturizer hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate). They provide instant soothing and natural hydration to refresh and calm dry eyes, relieving symptoms of tired, stressed, burning, and teary eyes. The unique, control grip bottle is easy and safe to use. Once the bottle is opened, it can be used for up to 6 months.
The patented pump mechanism delivers a perfect drop every time and allows the eye drop solution to be preservative free and safe for long-term use.

Before each use, wash your hands and remove the protective cap from the tip of the bottle with a rotating movement. Avoid contact of the tip of the bottle with your fingers or any other surfaces to prevent any possible contamination of the solution.

Attention! Before first use and if the bottle has not been used for a while: Point the bottle with the tip downwards and press repeatedly the pump mechanism until a drop is released. Now the bottle is ready to use.

Hold the bottle as indicated: place your thumb on the thumb support and enclose the lower part with your fingers. Two fingers should be placed on the bottom of the bottle.

Lean your head back slightly and gently pull your lower eyelid down with a finger of your free hand. Hold the bottle in a vertical position over your eye and press the pump mechanism together to apply one or two drops into the eye. Close your eye afterwards, slowly move it back and forth and then blink your eyes in order to optimally spread the drop on the surface of your eye. Avoid touching the surface of your eye with the bottle tip to prevent any possible injury and/or contamination of the solution. Replace the protective cap on the tip of the bottle immediately after use.

"Excellent product, comfortable for my very dry eyes. The pump works well - veyr easy to use."
"I have been using these drops for a few years now. I love the pump - never once had a problem with it. It disperses one drop at a time . It is not difficult to use the pump. I don’t understand why some people are saying they can’t open it! It’s a small little plastic top, easy to grasp or pull it off with your teeth & you’re good to go."
"Once you figure out how to start it (just turn it upside down and apply the pump a few times until a drop comes out!) it is great! it offers precise drops each time. Be sure to lie back and relax a couple of minutes to allow the drops to do their work."
"These drops work well to relieve dry eye and they arrived super fast"
"Eye drops with a pump is a great idea. It's a lot easier for someone with weak, arthritic fingers than squeezing those hard plastic bottles. But there is something wrong with the pump because I can never get the drops to come out consistently. It often puts out. a too small drop and sometimes nothing at all. To the manufacturer, please fix this."
"I struggle to open the lid every time and it is difficult to grip and pump at the same time. Did not see any video instructions for this pump. The pump sticks and does not always deliver a consistent drop and sometimes it sprays or squirts out. Very inconsistent. I’m not even a senior yet, so wondering how seniors would ever use this?"
"Whoever designed and approved this bottle would be the dumbest person ever lived on Earth!"
"Can’t take the top off the bottle. The pump is horrible, it is what is making it hard to take off the top. I can open a regular bottle no problem and can easily administer the correct amount of drops. Waste of money."
"What a colossal mess this eye pump is, need this for my 93 year old mom who is difficult to add eye drops to and this was ridiculous plus I couldn’t return for refund so gave it away. Bought the single dose ones and the plastic is so hard to squeeze, don’t you think of the elderly when you make these."
"I cannot get a drop in my eye because the drop pump is so inconvenient and it doesn’t give you consistent results. I pump multiple times and nothing comes out; then I sit the bottle down and I see a puddle of eye drops. Waste of money and waste of good product"
